Excessive prices. Don’t accept RX Cards like every other pharmacy does. They have the gall to say our prices are low enough and that is the furthest thing from the truth. Like to support small pharmacies but when you rob people blind-that’s where I draw the line.I suspect much of these positive reviews for Spartans Pharmacy are from employees. They are not friendly and the prices are not good.

We used to get prescriptions filled at Giant Eagle but switched to Spartan. Faster service and the entire staff is much friendlier. Excellent pharmacy!

Dr recently transferred my prescriptions to Spartan,,i had to deal with workers comp insurance numbers which was trying,,the woman I dealt with, Sissy was on top of it,,she was so helpful and followed through when she said she would,,so far a pleasure to deal with

The Brownsville Rd is the branch I use. They are very professional and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure I receive my prescriptions. There is free delivery and they have quick customer service.

The staff at Spartan Pharmacy were quite literally vacation savers nearly two weeks ago. My wife was diagnosed and prescribed meds for the flu at 7:30pm on Sunday night with a flight out of the country planned for 6am the following morning. Not a single pharmacy in Pittsburgh that was open that we talked to had the med in stock except Spartan. Not only did they have it when I called at 7:52.... they stayed open for us about 30-40 minutes past their closing at 8pm so we were able to get the med for my wife to begin taking before and throughout our vacation. Fortunately for us... having been on the med for about 24 hours my wife was able to truly enjoy our vacation! This place... is fantastic and I would drive 30-40 minutes out of the way during normal hours just to use this pharmacy.

Spartan Pharmacy is the BEST around. Having a chronic condition can be very exhausting, frustrating, and time consuming. Spartan has really thought of everything to make things easier for their customers. I never have to worry about any issues with my meds because they are on top of it! Everyone in the store is so nice and it’s so nice to go in and have most of them know me by name. Thank you for everything!

I am so very disappointed in Spartin I been going to them for years my dad was there very first Customer when they were down Buy tako funeral home I got prescription and it was wrote up wrong I was taking more medicine then I should I got medicine delivered to my house for the first time she said your taking to much meds the sweet girl help me out and said they Word it wrong I was have severe stomach pains From to much meds She called them and got it right for me then the meds she brought word said take 5 ML I am sorry I didn’t go to Med school I am 58 years old if this was a older person god help them and she called and ask them how much dose she take there was no medicine cup to take the medicine and then the drive who delivered the meds had to call them I am so very disappointed in Spartin some one could killed me the driver was very Apologetic but no one called me from the Spartin saying how sorry they were or made sure I was taking everything right some one really dropped the ball
